Design offers a way to read the times through the objects we make and use. This exhibition looks at contemporary Korean design through four lenses: Code, Log, Typology and AX.

Code looks at the underlying grammar of design: the principles through which form and function are constructed.

Log considers objects as records of everyday life, bringing together things that have remained in use over time with those that have been revisited and redesigned.

Typology traces how familiar types are repeated, adapted and given new forms. AX turns to moments of change, where new technologies and approaches are reshaping how design is conceived, made and experienced.

Together, these four perspectives offer a cross-section of Korean design today. They are not fixed categories, but overlapping ways of looking at a field shaped by different generations, disciplines and ways of making. Through their intersections and differences, the exhibition connects what Korean design has inherited, where it stands today, and where it might go next.
